"We have been customers of James Wolf Insurance for over five years now and words cannot express how pleased we are with both the insurance coverage they provide for our inn and the service they give to us personally.

"Our local agents have all but given up trying to bid our property and casualty insurance because they can't even come close to the depth of coverage or the rates we get from James Wolf Insurance. We've had two claims since being covered by the Wolf's and both have been paid promptly and without hassle. We consider the folks at James Wolf Insurance our insurance agents but also part of our extended innkeeping family. They care about our coverage but they care about us too!"

"I have been in the Hospitality business for more than 30 years, running large and small properties. I have never before felt as comfortable with the understanding of my insurance needs; the completeness of my insurance coverage; the cost of that insurance relative to it's value; and the sincere handling of my account, as I do now. I sleep more soundly knowing that James Wolf is covering my assets."

"Cindy and I would like to thank and compliment you and your staff at the Wolf Agency on the very professional manner in which you have handled our account. Having been a commercial casualty agent in Los Angeles in my life prior to innkeeping, I was somewhat hesitant to having my agent on the other side of the country. But after reviewing your extremely broad and comprehensive package, and with an impressive savings of $2,000.00 per year over our previous carrier, we decided to make the leap! I was very prepared to change back after a year if you did not provide the service and renewal expertise that I expected.

"I must say our renewal in October was done with true professionalism. When your staff contacted us two months prior to renewal, I was impressed! Having the renewal premium with no shocks or surprises a month ahead of the date was exactly how I wanted to be treated. Thanks for the great service."

Sincerely,

"Time again to say how much I appreciate your professionalism and knowledge of the insurance industry. You have been very helpful in educating us on proper coverage for our Inn. Your response to our lightning claim was professional and fast. From the beginning, your company has been as good as it's word - who could ask for more? Thank you."

"We are a client of James Wolf Insurance and have subscribed to the County Inns Insurance Program. They were recommended to us by IIA, an organization whose opinion, based on research, we highly value. We are a four diamond rated property, therefore, we feel we know the meaning of service. We found James Wolf to be accessible, coupled with an on-site inspection, and helpful attitude. The resulting assessment provided us with very comprehensive coverage with few exclusions. We are very pleased with our policy."

"We have been in the inkeeping business for what seems a long time now - 16 years - and we know the vagaries of having to purchase insurance to protect our most important asset - our inn and way of life. Early on in this journey we discovered that we may know a lot about innkeeping, but not very much about insurance. There were lots of pitfalls along the way, and like most people, we learned the hard way that what one thinks one is buying is not always what one actually gets. We have learned some important lessons that we can share that can be summed up in the following ways:

1. Shop around, but be sure that you are comparing apples to apples because price alone is only one factor. What you are buying is "coverage" which, as the word implies, is quantitative as well as qualitative.

2. Our industry has unique needs that are not met by general policies that are not tailored for our needs. Such programs are few and far between because most people outside our industry don't have a good understanding of our businesses and the specific concerns and needs that we have.

3. It is not only important to like and trust your agent, but to understand the "clout" he will bring to the table when someone has to go to bat for you when you really have to make a claim. Results count - especially when so much is at stake.

"After a lot of study and searching, we found James Wolf Insurance. This company is different. They have spent years creating and then refining and enhancing a program specifically for innkeepers. They know our business and its' needs as well as we do, because they have invested their life in this program. They own this program and no other agent can sell it to you. Their whole family is involved in their business and they are committed to providing a product that is the best that it can be - much in the way we are with our own business.

"The product they sell provides us with the most comprehensive protection that we could want for any price, but their pricing consistently is also the lowest we have found. And we always "shop around" the competitors. We sleep well at night knowing that our life's work and home are safe. The service that we have come to expect we have not found elsewhere either, and they have been there for us on those occasions when we needed their support. They don't just sell you a bill of goods and stand by while some adjuster for a company determines how little they can get by with paying you for your loss. Insurance is a necessary, significant cost of doing business. We are just grateful that Jim Wolf and his family are there for us! Best regards to all."
